‘We’re only thinking about the win’

Valencia caretaker Nico Estevez has urged his men to take Real Madrid out of their comfort zone this evening.

Los Che host Los Blancos in the last game before the winter break. And the Coach, who is in charge whilst the club look for Miroslav Djukic’s replacement, has claimed that his team have to try and close the space.

“What's most important where tomorrow is concerned is to come up with a plan to stop Real Madrid playing to its strengths,” he told a Press conference.

“If you give them space to run into they can rip you apart. The fans will spur us on to be bold and we will be able to pin Real Madrid back at times.

“We are only thinking about winning. We're two teams that are preparing to compete as best we can.

“We will have to hang in there throughout the match and keep our focus at all times. If we can do that, we can use it as a stepping stone for the 90 minutes.”
