Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted that he is happy enough with his Ballon d’Or trophy from 2008.
The Portugal international won the award whilst at Machester United five years ago, and is in the running this year having been shortlisted along with Lionel Messi and Franck Ribery.
The Real Madrid man though, is pleased with just the one Ballon d’Or, whilst also admitting that he will try his hand a fashion once his career is over.
“I am happy that I won the Ballon d’Or in 2008,” he told Sport&Style magazine.
“I want to continue playing football for as long as possible and win as much as I can, but once I retire I will work in the worlds of sport and fashion.
“I think Beckham has had an influence on me, but I do not copy anyone – I have my own style.”
