Luis Suarez has claimed that he ‘knows nothing’ about Real Madrid’s reported interest in him.
The Liverpool forward has been heavily linked with a move to Santiago Bernabeu, but the Uruguay international has insisted that he is happy at Anfield.
“The Premier League is the best league there is,” he told radio station 890.
“For the stadiums, the atmosphere and the fans who make football here so entertaining.
“I know absolutely nothing at all [about Madrid’s interest].
“I feel very proud to be in FIFA’s shortlist for the Ballon d’Or but I think a number of other players have stood out more than me.
“If I had to choose, I’d go for Messi, Cristiano and Ribèry.”
