Luis Enrique has insisted that Atletico Madrid can fight for the League title after his Celta Vigo side were defeated on Sunday.
Two more goals from Diego Costa gave the capital club all three points at Vicente Calderon this afternoon, and the Celestes boss has claimed that the Rojiblancos can fight for silverware.
“They are the most powerful opponent we’ve faced this season,” he told a Press conference. “If they keep on playing this well then I can’t see why they won’t be near the top.
“We’re playing good football, but the big question for me is where are the results coming from?
“I’ve almost always found solutions to these problems in my career, and hopefully it will happen this time as well.”
