Paco Jemez thought his Rayo Vallecano side were ‘phenomenal’ despite losing 2-1 to Levante yesterday evening.
The Franjirrojos went down to a 94th minute winner on Friday, but the Coach has claimed that his men deserved more from the match.
“The result doesn’t reflect the performance,” he told a Press conference. “It leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
“But my team were phenomenal. We played really well.
“I’m so proud of my side. If we keep playing like this then we’ll be fine.”
