American teenager Kyle Scott will reject a new contract from Chelsea in order to push through a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona.
The Liga pair are, according to the Daily Mail, interested in the 15-year-old who has impressed for the west London side’s youth team over the past few seasons.
Scott has represented both USA and England at youth level.
