Real Madrid and Valencia will take part in the Guinness International Champions Cup with Chelsea, Everton, Juventus, Inter, Milan and LA Galaxy.
The two-week tournament will be held around the United States from July 27 to August 7.
Cities hosting the games include San Francisco, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Phoenix and New York.
The semi-finals are in New York and Los Angeles on August 3 and 4, while the Final is in Miami on August 7.
Miami’s Sun Life Stadium will also host a series of ‘consolation rounds’ involving all eight teams on August 6 and 7.
