Barcelona’s Thiago Alcantara is reportedly attracting interest this summer from Manchester United and Bayern Munich.
The midfielder is reportedly the subject of increasing interest across Europe ahead of the transfer window, amid rumours that both he and his current employers are open to a move.
It is understood that the player’s buyout clause is now at €18m, after a clause in his 2011-signed contract dropped it down from an original €90m figure, after the 22-year-old failed to reach a certain number of appearances in the last season.
It is a figure that reportedly has both Manchester United and Bayern Munich considering bids, with United said to be most strongly interested in the Spain midfielder.
