Madrid want Lewandowski, Isco

Real Madrid are reportedly planning moves for Robert Lewandowski and Isco this summer, despite both seemingly destined to go elsewhere.

Reports recently have placed Malaga’s Isco as in agreement over a €35m transfer to Manchester City, whilst Lewandowski is considered likely to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer to move to Bayern Munich.

However, Cadena SER report that the two attacking players have been identified as Florentino Perez’ primary reinforcements in the summer transfer window for a Madrid side that has won nothing in 2012-13 and is seeing Jose Mourinho depart.

It is alleged that Perez is prepared to include Luka Modric in a part exchange deal for Isco, and that he has met with Dortmund counterpart Reinhard Rauball last week to pre-empt Bayern’s interest in Lewandowski.
