Unai Emery reflected that Sevilla may leave disappointed with a result at Malaga, but that he was satisfied with their performance.
The Andalucians played out a goalless draw at La Rosaleda on Sunday night, but one that their Coach feels should bring them at least some sense of achievement.
“More or less the script has been determined by our interests and our intentions, except for our success in front of goal,” Emery commented post-match.
“Yet, I am satisfied because what must prevail is the effort ahead of what might happen next.
“Controlling the game means that we have this feeling that we have failed, but Malaga is not an easy place to win and we have not succeeded.
“Anyway, the satisfaction is there about the team’s work.”
