Juventus have reportedly identified Real Madrid’s Gonzalo Higuain as their primary reinforcement this coming summer.
It is believed by Marca that watching Higuain was their main intention from the visit, ahead of hoping to make a move for the Argentine in June.
Spanish media today suggest that Madrid are preparing a number of possible exits from the club, and L’Equipe in France believe that between Higuain and Karim Benzema, the Frenchman’s closer relationship with President Florentino Perez will see the Argentine sold instead.
Madrid could reportedly pull in as much as €20m for the 25-year-old, who moved to Los Merengues in January 2007 for €13m.
