Gonzalo Higuain wants his Real Madrid side to kick on from their 5-1 win over Levante on Saturday.
The Argentine forward scored as Los Blancos claimed a resounding win over the Granotes at Santiago Bernabeu.
And the 25-year-old hopes that they can take that confidence into the Champions League match with Galatasaray next week.
“I wanted to take my opportunity to play,” he told Canal Plus. “I managed to score and give an assist to Cristiano.
“Luckily I played the whole game and I hope to continue helping.
“We are happy because it was a game in which we did well.
“Now we have to try and make that happen again and get to the semi-finals of the Champions League.”
