Sami Khedira has admitted that it is 'normal' for Jose Mourinho to fall out with some of his Real Madrid players.
The Portuguese Coach has had reported spats with Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos this season, but the German midfielder believes that these things happen in football.
“It is normal to have moments of disagreement or conflict,” he told Die Welt. “Especially at the highest level.
“It is always easy to judge someone when things are going well, but your true character is shown when things aren't going well.
“Our Coach has given everything and has proved to be a great man. Don't forget we have won three titles with him in two years.
“I do not know [if Mourinho will stay or go]. He, or the club, will decide. But that does not matter now.
“We want to win the Copa del Rey and the Champions League.”
The 25-year-old then commented on his own future at Santiago Bernabeu.
“I have come to the biggest club in the world, and I have the opportunity to develop alongside great players and a great Coach.
“There have been no specific discussions [regarding a new contract], but if that happens I will have to do what's best for me.
“But at the moment I have no intention of leaving the club.”
