Real Jaen Coach Manuel Herrero believes that his side have been rewarded, in being drawn against Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey.
“After Real Madrid and Barcelona, Atletico Madrid is the biggest club in Spain for titles and the number of fans,” Herrero enthused upon the news.
“It is a prize for us to play that team and it can help save our season, from an economic context.
“We want to enjoy the game and Atleti are the perfect opponent for they have a great Coach in Diego Simeone and quality players like Falcao, Arda Turan, Adrian, Tiago and Mario Suarez.
“We had the capacity for suffering [in the previous round of the Cup against Racing Santander] and the result achieved has led us to be paired with a great in Spain.”
