Oltra angry with Depor loss

Deportivo La Coruna boss Jose Luis Oltra has admitted that his side's 2-1 loss to Rayo Vallecano has left 'a bitter taste'.

A first half penalty from Pizzi was not enough to inspire a comeback from Depor, as two early strikes from Piti and Jose Carlos gave Paco Jemez's side the three points.

And the 43-year-old tactician has admitted that the defeat left him reeling at the final whistle.

“There's a bitter taste,” he told a press conference after the game. “The team was really bad in almost every area. We had no luck with the goals we conceded and didn't play together as a group.

“Overall, I'm bitter, unhappy and quite angry about the first half. I'm slightly less unhappy about the second half because we responded well.

“I am concerned, but I would worry more if there were arguments amongst the players. In every game we have had opportunities. We will have chances to turn this around and win.”
