Real Madrid have welcomed Portuguese centre-back Pepe back to training today and he could be available this weekend.
The defender was involved in a heavy clash of heads with his goalkeeper Iker Casillas last weekend, when the duo were trying to defend a set-piece.
Whilst Casillas was able to continue, Pepe was substituted minutes later at half-time with what turned out to be concussion.
The defender was forced to spend the night at hospital and undergo several tests, before being discharged, advised to stay away from electrical devices and not to play in the midweek Clasico.
This afternoon Pepe returned to training and pending an evaluation on his fitness, he may be available to play on Sunday as Los Blancos travel to Getafe.
