And the 45-year-old Coach has admitted that he was anxious having seen his team go behind, and claimed that the squad are now focused on playing Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday.
“Obviously, when you're on the bench, you're always nervous,” he told a Press conference. “I thought we would have enough to win, and in the end that was the case. I am satisfied with the result.
“Granada put us in a lot of difficulty, and they played as if they had nothing to lose.
“We need to focus on Europe now and not let our hair down. But the squad's attitude has always been commendable.”
The 46-year-old Coach meanwhile, was pleased with his players despite not winning at Los Carmenes.
“There are many positive aspects to this game,” he told a Press conference. “We showed teamwork, sacrifice and a lot of talent.
“We forced them to play right until the final moments, and we were close to a draw.
“Obviously there's a part of me that's disappointed, but then the other side is satisfied because other teams have not done what we've done to Barcelona.”
