PRIMERA MATCH REPORT

After a sublime start, Mallorca and Espanyol cancelled each other out for the majority of the game before the islanders snatched victory at the death. 

A superb swivel led to a goal from Mallorca’s Tomer Hemed before a successful deflected strike from Wakaso Mubarak equalised for Espanyol, and got the game off to an electric start with just over five minutes played. 

Both sides cancelled each other out for virtually the rest of the entire outing, before Hemed sealed his brace and the victory with a late half-volleyed rebound.
