Juventus considering move for Real Madrid’s Isco

Juventus are weighing up a move for Real Madrid playmaker Isco, who may be allowed to leave the club this summer.

Calciomercato report the Italian champions hold an interest in the Spain international, who could see his future outside Madrid should Eden Hazard arrive from Chelsea.

Zinedine Zidane is thought to be a keen admirer of Isco but equally would not block a transfer should a big-money offer come in from elsewhere, the report adds.

It cites former Juve midfielder Andrea Pirlo, who has said: “Juventus need a player like Isco, immediately.”

The 26-year-old had been frozen out of the starting XI by previous Madrid boss Santiago Solari – not starting a match across La Liga or the Champions League under the Frenchman’s predecessor.

Isco has a contract at the Santiago Bernabeu until 2021 and found the net in recent league victories over Celta Vigo and Huesca
