Sevilla striker Luis Muriel linked to Milan move

Sevilla are prepared to sell club record signing Luis Muriel to Milan this January in a cut-price €12m deal, report Marca.

The Colombian striker joined Los Rojiblancos in the summer of 2017 in a €21.6m deal from Sampdoria but has fallen behind Wissam Ben Yedder and Andre Silva in the attacking preferences for Coach Pablo Machin.

Muriel has started just one La Liga game this season – and making a grand total of just six league appearances – scoring just one goal.

The player’s agent Alessandro Lucci has informed Sevilla of the interest from the Milanese giants, who failed in their attempt to re-sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Lucci also represents Milan duo Suso and Bertolacci, while relations between the clubs are amicable following the recent loan move of Andre Silva to the Andalusian club.
