Huesca appoint Francisco Rodriguez as new Coach

Huesca have confirmed the appointment of Francisco Rodriguez as the club's new Coach, having dismissed Leo Franco.

The newly-promoted club are rooted to the foot of La Liga after going seven matches without a victory with Sunday’s 1-0 loss at Real Valladolid the final match for Franco.

The Argentine was only appointed at El Alcoraz this summer after Rubi, who had guided the club to their first ever promotion to the top flight, left for Espanyol.

Francisco, 40, had been appointed at the helm of Segunda side Cordoba this summer but did not take charge of a match and promptly left the Andalusian club after 30 days.

The Coach has also previously been at the helm of Almeria, Murcia and Lugo.
