Sevilla target Brighton midfielder Davy Propper

Sevilla are planning a move for Brighton midfielder Davy Propper in January following a midfield injury crisis, say reports in Spain.

Ibrahim Amadou and Maxime Gonalons are sidelined with a dislocated elbow and fractured fibula respectively, meaning Los Rojiblancos are seeking alternatives.

El Mundo Deportivo cites a report in Calciomercato that the Dutch international Propper, who joined Brighton in a €13m deal from PSV last season, is a target.

Propper is an international teammate of new Sevilla forward Quincy Promes and has been capped 13 times at national level.
