La Liga’s basement boys Leganes desperately need to stop the rot when they travel to Eibar on Saturday.
Eibar boss Jose Luis Mendilibar on his side’s defensive fragility: “We can’t be complacent against anyone, we’re no more than anyone.
“We’ll concede a goal from a mistake and we have a hard time coming back from it. We have to go to the death from the beginning, playing with fluency and intensity, while creating chances.
“I care more about threatening our opponents’ goal than possession. Defensively we were one of the teams who faced the least shots, but that isn’t the case now.
“Our opponents are creating too many chances against us. We have to make it hard for them to reach our goal.”
Leganes boss Mauricio Pellegrino on when Real Madrid loanee Andriy Lunin will be given a chance: “I repeat, and I don’t know why I’m being asked this so much, Cuellar will be the goalkeeper on Saturday.
“I don’t know why you’re asking me this in Week 4, neither do I know if you do this with other teams. I’m surprised by these questions.
