Fulham want Willian Jose transfer

Real Sociedad striker Willian Jose has emerged as a transfer target for newly-promoted English Premier League club Fulham, according to reports.

The 26-year-old has been prolific signing joining La Real two summers ago, netting 34 goals in 74 appearances for the club.

Reports in the Newcastle Chronicle say Newcastle United believe striker Aleksandar Mitrovic will no longer make his loan move to Craven Cottage permanent because of a potential deal for the Brazilian.

The striker initially moved to Europe in 2013 when he was signed by Real Madrid’s Castilla team and he went on to have stints at Real Zaragoza and Las Palmas before joining La Real in 2016.

The Basque club would be likely to demand at least €30m for his signature and the striker’s contract runs until June 2022.
