Barca: Lenglet in, Cillessen out?

Barcelona could reportedly agree a deal for Clement Lenglet in ‘days’ and sell Jasper Cillessen this summer.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barca have decided to press ahead for Lenglet, explaining Eric Abidal’s arrival as sporting director will not affect their pursuit of the Sevilla defender, who has a €35m release clause.

Furthermore, an agreement could be found ‘in a matter of days’ as they look to fend off late interest from Manchester United.

As for Cillessen, MD reports the Catalans ‘will not rule out’ selling Cillessen, although they would want ‘close’ to his €60m exit clause.

The newspaper explains Liverpool hold ‘firm’ interest in the goalkeeper, while Arsenal and Napoli could turn to him, with Petr Cech now 36 and Pepe Reina having left for Milan.
