Deportivo La Coruna must start winning games quickly if they are to avoid relegation this season, claims defender Fabian Schar.
The Galician side have collected just two points from their last six league games and find themselves in the division’s bottom three.
“We have to start adding points quickly,” Schar told an interview with Marca.
“We need to remain united, to train together and work hard both on the training pitch and in games, that is the basic recipe for winning matches.
“The game against La Real is very important for us, as they all are, but we must bounce back after dropping points against Levante – we had a very difficult January.
“We must try to forgt our last match and move on, try to correct the mistakes made and accept we also did not have luck.
“Coach Cristobal? I think he is doing a good job and he has the respect of the players, but we need to win games for ourselves and that must start now.”
