Sandro asks for Everton exit

Sandro Ramirez has told Everton he wants to leave the club in order to secure a return to Spain, with Sevilla leading the interest in the forward.

Sandro scored 16 times in 31 appearances for Malaga last season after leaving Barcelona with growing reports now indicating he wants a return to La Liga.

The 22-year-old has only scored one goal for The Toffees since his summer move from Malaga but has yet to find the net in the Premier League, where he has made only three starts.

ABC de Sevilla reports he has now asked the Toffees to consider bids for him this month, with Los Rojiblancos holding a keen interest in adding him to their ranks.

The club’s sporting director Oscar Arias has reportedly been in ‘constant contact’ with the striker and he is said to be their main alternative should they fail to land Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi.
