Malaga have sanctioned the sale of French central defender Paul Baysse to Ligue 1 club Bordeaux for a reported €1m, say reports.
RMC sport state the two clubs have struck an agreement for a permanent deal in January with a further €500k in add-ons included in the move.
The 29-year-old only joined the Andalucian club in the summer from Nice, and he has featured in 16 matches for the struggling club this season.
Baysse is said to have signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Les Girondins subject to a medical.
Malaga currently lie second-from-bottom in La Liga.
