New Alaves striker John Guidetti is ‘very happy’ after joining the Basque club on loan from Celta Vigo for the remainder of the campaign.
The Swedish striker has played just 105 minutes of football this season for Celta after falling behind Maxi Gomez in the pecking order at Estadio Balaidos.
“I am very happy now,” Guidetti told Alaves club media.
“I’m training hard and want to be ready and available for selection as soon as possible, and to play with my new teammates.
“This is a good move for me as I join my new teammates, my new Coach and my new team, these are reasons to be happy.”
