Palmeiras and Colombia defender Yerry Mina will reportedly undergo a medical with Barcelona early next week.
According to Alargue Caracol, Mina will be in Barcelona on Monday or Tuesday, where he will also sign his contract.
All that is left would be for the Blaugrana to formalise the 23-year-old’s transfer, which is expected to set them back €11-12m.
AS explains Barca decided to sign Mina on December 12 after Samuel Umtiti’s injury and the imminent departure of Javier Mascherano.
However, it remains to be seen what physical state the stopper is in, given he has been out of action for the past month.
