Paris Saint-Germain playmaker Javier Pastore has remained coy on his future and admitted he is taking his situation ‘day-by-day’.

His agent was quoted on Wednesday as saying “tonight could be his (Pastore’s) last match (for PSG),” while Le Parisien on Thursday reports he has already told his teammates he is leaving.

Atletico Madrid and Sevilla have been among the sides linked to the 28-year-old, who reportedly wants regular football in the hope of a spot in Argentina’s World Cup squad next year.

“At the moment I’m just thinking day-by-day,” Pastore told Canal+.

“Deciding to leave is difficult with these fans who love me so much. They’ve always been very close to me.”

Inter have also been linked with the playmaker, who moved to Paris from Palermo in a landmark €43m deal in 2011, with a loan deal rumoured.
