Cristiano Ronaldo refused to speak to the media after Real Madrid’s 6-0 win over APOEL Nicosia: “I will say one thing and you write another.”
The Portuguese forward netted two goals to bring his personal tally for the campaign up to 10 in all competitions, but he was not happy with how the media have reported his previous comments.
“I will say one thing and you will go and write another,” fumed Ronaldo in the mixed zone.
“So why do you want to speak to me?”
The 32-year-old stated after Madrid’s 3-1 defeat at Spurs in the competition that his side missed the ‘experience’ of Alvaro Morata, James Rodriguez and Pepe.
