Madrid to return for De Gea – report

Real Madrid will renew their attempts to sign Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea next summer, according to reports in Spain.

The 27-year-old goalkeeper has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu several times in the past and most notably in August 2015 when the club reportedly sent a late fax while attempting to sign him.

A report in El Larguero on Cadena Ser radio has confirmed Los Blancos have reignited their interest in the Spanish international and are prepared to pay €70m for his services next summer.

This comes amid report of Madrid interest in Athletic Bilbao shot-stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga – De Gea’s deputy with the Spanish national team and out of contract at San Mames next summer.
