Yannick Carrasco and Koke have both returned to training with Atletico Madrid following injuries and ahead of the upcoming Madrid derby.
Midfielder Koke has missed his side’s last six matches after sustaining a thigh injury in last month’s draw with Barcelona while Belgian international Carrasco damaged his knee in a recent draw with Qarabag.
Furthermore, defender Stefan Savic and Filipe Luis are both expected to return to fitness ahead of the side’s next league meeting, against city rivals Real on November 18.
“Carrasco and Koke worked with the group,” read an Atletico Madrid statement.
“The winger and midfielder are into the final stretch of their recoveries.”
Atleti have missed their absentees, with only two wins in their last nine games in all competitions.
