Navas out for a fortnight

Keylor Navas is set to miss two weeks of action after sustaining an injury in his right adductor muscle, Real Madrid have confirmed.

In a statement on Friday morning, Los Blancos confirmed the Costa Rican goalkeeper would miss between 10 and 15 days of activity due to the muscular leg injury sustained in training this week.

The 30-year-old will now miss La Liga fixtures against Eibar and Girona alongside the first leg of the Copa Del Rey tie with Fuenlabrada, while he is a doubt for the Champions League match at Tottenham Hotspur.

Kiko Casilla is set to replace Navas for any matches the former Levante goalkeeper is unavailable for, as he did in last week’s 2-1 win at Getafe.
