Real Madrid youngsters Luca Zidane (pictured) and Alvaro Tejero have been included in the squad’s 20-man trip to Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
The club’s squad has been stretched due to injuries to Marcelo, Theo Hernandez, Jesus Vallejo, Mateo Kovacic and Karim Benzema although there is a return for Toni Kroos, who missed Saturday’s match with Alaves due to injury.
French youth goalkeeper Zidane, son of Coach Zinedine, and 21-year-old defender Tejero are likely to be cut for the 18-man matchday squad for the game in Dortmund.
Madrid got their campaign off to a winning start with a 3-0 home victory over Apoel Nicosia, while the Bundesliga leaders lost 3-1 at Tottenham.
