Torino make move for Munir

Italian club Torino have reportedly taken the lead in the chase for out-of-favour Barcelona forward Munir El Haddadi.

The Turin-based club have made a €1m loan bid for the 21-year-old with an option to buy of €16m included but a number of other clubs are interested including Malaga, say Sky Sport Italia.

Munir netted seven times in 35 league appearances for Valencia last season, having previously spent three years on the fringes of the Catalan club’s first-team.

Sampdoria, Crystal Palace and Roma are said to be the other clubs who’ve held an interest in the Madrid-born forward.
