Preview: Getafe-Sevilla

Getafe and Sevilla lock horns at Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Sunday, looking for their first League wins of the season.

Getafe boss Jose Bordalas on the threat posed by Sevilla: “I’m not a person of statistics, I like to live for the day to day, the present.

“Sevilla are a great team and have just qualified for the Champions League. They’ve made incredible progress.

“We know they’ll be a difficult team to face, but with the help of our fans, we can beat them.”

Sevilla boss Eduardo Berizzo on early criticism of his reign: “I accept criticism as long as it’s constructive.

“When I read that I made too many changes, I have an explanation for doing so. I don’t make decisions without reasoning.

“I don’t do things by instinct. I rely more on my analytical skills. What I did was logical. We came from wear and tear [of our previous game].

“All this criticism has made me grow. I read everything that’s been written about the team and I.

“I don’t decide the outcome of matches, I set up my teams to get a result.”
