Real Madrid start the defence of their Champions League title with a tough group which includes Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham Hotspur.
Zinedine Zidane’s side have won back-to-back European titles – the first club to do so in its current format – with a 4-1 defeat of Juventus in June’s final.
Madrid face Dortmund in last year’s tournament in the group stages, when both matches finished in 2-2 draws, before going on to knock their German rivals Bayern Munich out in the quarter-finals.
Spurs failed to make it out of last year’s group stages and will be hoping to improve this time around, while Cypriot side APOEL complete the group.
