Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri admits he does not know if he will join Barcelona this summer or not amid intense transfer speculation.
The Ivory Coast international has been linked with a summer move to the Camp Nou although reports in L’Equipe over the weekend suggested a €40m release clause ‘agreement’ in his contract at the Ligue 1 club expired in July.
“I am not in touch with anyone. I don't know anything,” Seri told ESPN after his side’s clash with Guingamp.
“We must wait and see what happens; at the moment I am a Nice player and we will see what happens later.”
The 26-year-old has starred for Nice since a 2015 move from Portuguese club Pacos de Ferreira and has won 14 caps for the Ivory Coast.
