Getafe hopeful on player clearout

Newly promoted Getafe are hopeful of trimming their squad ahead of the new La Liga season with a number of players made available to other clubs.

According to Marca, the Madrid-based club are keen to sanction the exits of at least four players before the end of the month.

Los Azulones have been busy since winning promotion via La Liga 123 playoffs in June, with 14 new arrivals and others returning to the club from loan deals.

Defender Rolf Feltscher, who the club signed from Duisburg in 2016 and was loaned to Zaragoza in January, is one such player expected to leave the club.

Former Hertha Berlin midfielder Johannes van den Bergh and Frenchman Karim Yoda are also said to be on the market, while Leganes could move for forward Chuli – who is keen to stay in the top flight.
