Jese picks Stoke over Fiorentina?

Paris Saint-Germain outcast Jese Rodriguez has reportedly rejected Fiorentina to join Stoke City.

Reports emerged on Saturday that Fiorentina had agreed a two-year loan with PSG for Jese, but Sportitalia claims the former Real Madrid attacker opted against the move.

Furthermore, another Italian outlet – La Nazione – believes Jese has chosen Stoke as his next destination after they made a sudden surge forward in negotiations and offered to buy him outright.

The 24-year-old is said to prefer the Premier League over Serie A as it would suit his style of play better.

Stoke are coached by former Barcelona striker Mark Hughes and have several, ex-La Liga players on their books, including Ibrahim Afellay, Bojan Krkic and Joselu.
