Besiktas have completed the signing of striker Alvaro Negredo from Valencia, with the Turkish champions announcing the deal in a bizarre video.
The 31-year-old has joined the Istanbul-based club on a reported three-year contract despite reported interest from Swansea City and Leeds United.
The announcement video from the club’s official twitter account showed Pepe – who signed from Real Madrid this summer – convincing the Spaniard to join him at Besiktas.

Negredo spent last season on loan at English club Middlesbrough where he netted 10 goals in 39 appearances.
The striker is the latest high-profile departure from Valencia following the exits of Diego Alves, Mathew Ryan and Enzo Perez.
