Newly promoted Getafe are hopeful of concluding a deal for Alaves attacker Gaizka Toquero as they continue to add to their squad.
According to Marca, Getafe Coach Jose Bordelas has insisted that his club try to sign the 32-year-old this summer to add experience to the squad at the Coliseum.
Conversations between the two are said to have already taken place with the former Athletic Bilbao player, who joined Alaves in 2015, reportedly open to a move.
Getafe have already completed nine signings this summer following their promotion playoff victory and are also said to be hopeful of adding Real Madrid striker Borja Mayoral on loan.
