Valencia are close to signing Inter defender Jeison Murillo and are hopeful of completing a deal for the Colombian this week, say reports in Spain.
According to Plaza Deportiva, the 25-year-old has given Los Che the green light with the two clubs now expected to finalise an agreement.
The Colombia international spent four seasons in Spain across stints with Cadiz, Las Palmas and Granada before moved to the Milanese giants in 2015.
Despite featuring 68 times for the Nerazzurri across two seasons, he looks likely to depart following the arrival of Slovakian defender Milan Skriniar from Sampdoria.
Reports suggest Murillo will be allowed to leave Inter for a fee of €15m and he is keen to establish a run of first-team football ahead of next summer’s World Cup.
