Eibar have completed the signing of Espanyol midfielder Joan Jordan on a three-year contract, it has been confirmed.
The 23-year-old graduated through the Catalan club’s youth system but made only 12 first team appearances at the RCDE stadium, scoring one goal.
The central midfielder spent last season on loan at Real Valladolid in La Liga 123, netting three goals in 37 appearances.
Marca report the signing, which is thought to have been completed for €1m plus variables, was accelerated due to knee problems for Eibar’s Fran Rico.
