In the latest chapter of the Marco Verratti saga, reports claim Paris Saint-Germain could yet sell the midfielder to Barcelona.
AS cites a report in L’Equipe that notes Barca could still sign Verratti this summer, albeit for a fee between €70m and €100m.
Furthermore, despite the Italian’s apology for controversial comments made by his agent, “the situation hasn’t changed that much”.
Indeed, Verratti is said to still be thinking about leaving and Barca are prepared to wait for until August 31 for the 24-year-old.
AS also claims L’Equipe’s sources close to PSG are reliable, meaning the door to such a move remains “open”.
