Sandro hopes of ‘dream’ final day

Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez is hopeful he can continue his fine run of recent form and help defeat Real Madrid to hand his old club the league title.

The 21-year-old has scored seven goals in his last eight appearances and has been linked with moves to Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and Everton as clubs take notice of his fine form.

"I hope I score and give Barcelona La Liga," Sandro is quoted as saying by Marca.

"I hope it is a dream day – I owe Barcelona everything so I hope it happens.”

The former Spanish youth international moved to La Rosaleda from Barca last summer on a three-year contract and has hit 16 goals in 30 appearances after spending two full seasons in the Blaugrana’s first teams squad.

The Costa del Sol club must defeat Madrid on La Liga’s final day on Sunday to give Luis Enrique’s men hope of a title.
