Felix Brych to officiate CL final

German referee Felix Brych will take charge of the Champions League final between Juventus and Real Madrid, UEFA have confirmed.

The 41-year-old was the man in the middle for Portugal’s quarter final against Poland at last summer’s European Championship finals while he also presided over the Sweden-Belgium and England-Wales group stage fixtures.

Brych has refereed Juventus on one previous occasion this season, in the first leg of their Second Round clash with FC Porto, while he also officiated the 2014 Europa League final between Sevilla and Benfica at the Bianconeri’s Juventus Stadium.

European football’s governing body confirmed the officials will line-up as follows:

Referee: Felix Brych (GER)

Assistants: Mark Borsch, Stefan Lupp (both GER)

Fourth Official: Milorad Mazic (SRB)

Additional Assistants: Bastian Dankert, Marco Fritz (both GER)

Reserve assistant referee: Rafael Foltyn (GER)
