Atletico Madrid defender Lucas Hernandez will carry out 31 days of community service over charges of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend.
His former girlfriend Amelia Lorente was also handed the same punishment after the incident which occurred on 3rd February and they have both been handed restraining order restricting contact between the two for a period of six months.
Prosecutors had requested the 21-year-old Atleti defender be handed a seven-month jail term for the incident.
Amelia Lorente was also fined €180 in relation to damages of the defender’s car.
